Individual or group tutoring can be customized to accommodate any age of students and many different art techniques.  Please contact me to discuss your particular situation and we will go from there.

Yes, because of my work as a social worker and my work as an education assistant I maintain an up-to-date criminal record check as well as an enhanced vulnerable sector check.

There is not always enough time to complete a project or to cover a subject in only one class so classes are often sold as a session which is a series of related classes.   If a session of multiple classes has already started but did not completely sell out you can contact me to discuss if the remainder of the classes could be purchased on a prorated basis.

Supervision will be available at no charge between classes and during lunch.   As a courtesy, parents are requested to pick up and drop off their children close to the start or end of the class.

Yes.  Please contact us to be put on a waiting list and you will be notified if space becomes available.

Yes, gift certificates are available in any amount you would like and they make a great gift idea for anyone who might want to explore their creative side.

In order to provide individual instruction a maximum of five students/participants are allowed.  A minimum of two students/participants are required to hold a class or workshop.  If there is only one person registered we will give them the choice between a full refund or an alternative time.

Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided, but please make sure your child has sufficient lunch if they are staying for the whole day.

Credits can be applied towards any workshop or session of classes, can be transferred to another person and do not expire.

If you request a refund more than 14 days prior to the start date you will either receive a credit for the full amount paid or a refund minus a $25 administration fee.  If you have to cancel with less than 14 days notice and we are unable to fill that spot you will receive a credit of 50% of the registration fee.  If however we are able to fill your spot than you will receive a 100% credit.

We aim to provide a caring, positive, and safe environment for everyone.  Any student who interferes with our ability to provide that environment will be asked to adjust their behavior and if unsuccessful, a prorated refund will be issued.

As a general rule, we will not be able to provide an additional make-up class and there will be no refund given if a student misses a class after the start of the session.  Please refer to the refund question on this FAQ page if you are considering cancelling prior to the start of a session or workshop.

If the session that you are interested in is in progress but does not have “sold out” in the title you can contact us to arrange a prorated price for any of the remaining classes.

We have a liability insurance policy which requires parents and adult participants to sign a waiver at the beginning of the first class or workshop.  At the same time participants will be asked about allergies and emergency contacts.

If we have to cancel a workshop or session of classes due to issues like illness or extreme weather then you will be offered a full refund of your money.  If individual classes need to be cancelled then we reserve the right to either issue a pro-rated refund or provide a make-up class based on circumstances.
